Who you are contacting

Your enquiry

The enquiry form sends your name, contact details and event information to DISCOAGOGO. A record is stored privately on the hosting account and an email notification is sent to Ian. The form does not reserve a date or subscribe you to marketing. Direct email and telephone links are also available.

If you contact DISCOAGOGO, your name, contact details and the event information you provide are used to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting booking. This includes taking steps you request before a booking and performing a booking agreement. Necessary business records may also be kept for legal obligations and legitimate record-keeping purposes.

Please share only the information needed for the enquiry. If there are particular personal or accessibility needs, discuss how best to share those details directly with Ian.

Providers and sharing

The website host and existing email and telephone providers process the connection and correspondence information needed to provide their services. Information necessary for an agreed event may be shared with the venue or an agreed supplier where needed to arrange that event. Your enquiry is not automatically a subscription to marketing.

How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting booking, taking account of ongoing discussions, relevant business records and legal obligations. Contact Ian if you would like to ask about the information held about you.

Website technology

This version does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The form uses an essential temporary session cookie for security and duplicate protection. Limited campaign/source information may accompany an enquiry. Security controls use a keyed hash of the connection address to limit repeated submissions. The host may process normal connection and security logs. Photos and the silent event video are served as website files; social links are links to external services, not embedded social feeds. Those services have their own privacy information if you choose to visit them.

Your choices

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use or object to processing. Some rights depend on why information is held and may be subject to legal exceptions. Please contact Ian first with any concern. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
