There’s more than one way to make your wedding sound like you. Start with the evening, or bring the music into more of your day.
01
The ceremony
Your entrance, your signing music, your first walk back together. Ceremony music and sound can be part of an agreed all-day plan.
02
Drinks & cocktails
A relaxed soundtrack while your guests mingle, raise a glass and enjoy being together.
03
The meal & speeches
From background music to microphone support, talk through what you’d like during the wedding breakfast and toasts.
04
Your evening party
A first dance that means something. The songs your friends grew up with. The favourites that bring your generations together.
Choose the moments you want covered. Inclusions, sound, setup and timings are agreed in your proposal—not every element is included in every package.
FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
The evening party. Or more of your story.
Your evening celebration
Build the night around your first dance, your music and your guests. The wedding offer includes personal planning and a venue visit, with the deluxe sound and lighting setup, white option, and room and table uplighting.
Where the venue and schedule allow, discuss an earlier setup to make the change from wedding breakfast to evening reception easier.
More of your wedding story
Begin with Toasts-to-Taxis from the wedding breakfast, or discuss ceremony music, drinks and cocktails earlier in the day. We’ll talk through the moments, locations and sound you actually need.
This is a plan around your wedding. Your proposal sets out which parts of the day are covered, what’s included and the timings we agree.
WEDDING BREAKFAST → EVENING CELEBRATION
Toasts-to-Taxis. Keep the celebration flowing.
From the entrance to your wedding breakfast to the songs that bring everyone together later.
One considered setup, with music, microphones and announcements planned from the wedding breakfast through to the evening party. Your proposal confirms the coverage, timings and what’s included.
01 / SET THE TONE
Make an entrance.
Your chosen entrance song, then background music at a level that leaves room for conversation.
02 / RAISE A GLASS
Let the words matter.
Talk through the speeches, introductions and microphone arrangements before the day—not over the wedding breakfast.
03 / MAKE A NIGHT OF IT
Bring your people together.
A meaningful first dance, your favourite songs and a party that responds to the people in the room.
Would you enjoy a little more interaction during the meal? Hosting, a game or a singalong are options to discuss—not a compulsory part of your wedding. Ceremony music, drinks and cocktails can also be discussed as an earlier part of an agreed plan.
Your songs. Their favourites. A shared dance floor.
That song from your first holiday. The one your friends always sing. Something your grandparents can’t sit still to.
Tell us what belongs in your wedding—and what definitely doesn’t. Your favourite music, must-plays and do-not-play list give the evening its starting point, with room to respond to your guests.
The music should reflect the two of you, without forgetting everyone you’ve invited.

RELAXED ON THE DAY. CONSIDERED BEFORE IT.
You enjoy your wedding. We think about the details.
01 / TALK
A proper conversation
An informal planning meeting to understand your music, the people coming and how you want the day to feel.
02 / PLAN
Your room, understood
A venue visit to talk through the space, setup and practical details, with coverage and timings confirmed in your proposal.
03 / CELEBRATE
A considered presentation
Sound, a white setup option, and room and table uplighting are part of the wedding conversation—not an afterthought.
A FEW DETAILS FIRST. THE FINER DETAILS LATER.
You don’t need every song before we talk.
Start with a short enquiry. Once your wedding is booked, the detailed planning questionnaire helps us capture your music, important moments, must-plays and do-not-plays. Your evening isn’t an off-the-shelf playlist—and your first enquiry needn’t be a planning marathon.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Before we talk.
Can we choose our own music?
Absolutely—your preferences, important songs and do-not-play instructions are the starting point. We can discuss how much direction you’d like to give and how to leave room for your guests.
Do you offer more than the evening party?
Yes. All-day wedding options can include ceremony music, music during cocktails and other agreed parts of your day, as well as the evening celebration. We’ll discuss your plans and agree exactly what’s included in your package.
Do you charge a wedding tax?
No wedding tax. We don’t add to the price simply because it’s a wedding.
While we don’t offer our smaller packages for weddings, we’re happy to show you a like-for-like comparison. A party with the same services often costs more.
How much does it cost?
The right quote depends on the date, venue, coverage and what you need. Tell me a little about your plans and I’ll explain what’s included, what it costs and how to compare it like for like.
Can we talk about lighting sensitivities?
Yes—please raise any lighting preferences or sensitivities when we discuss your event so we can agree a suitable approach with you and the venue.
YOUR WEDDING STARTS WITH YOUR IDEAS
Tell us about the two of you.
Your date. Your venue. The music you love. And the kind of celebration you can already picture.
